SnowieCoco started with two cats, Snowie and Coco, and a simple idea: hospitality should feel warm, personal, and easy to navigate. As we build the café experience, we're exploring how thoughtful technology — not gimmicks — can support that goal.

We're exploring how AI can support the SnowieCoco experience — from answering common questions to helping visitors plan their visit. We're currently developing and validating our MVP, with a focus on useful, reliable experiences and responsible handling of customer information. As part of this exploration, we plan to evaluate Claude, Anthropic's AI model, for these assistive features.
